Staff and Crew - In His Service Productions

		Josh Norman is a graduate from Carson-Newman College with a Bachelor of Science in Marketing and Management. Josh began in video production as a hobby and started In His Service Productions in 2001. Josh loves to be behind a camera and enjoys the gift that the Lord has blessed him with. Josh has strengths in Final Cut Pro, Motion and After Effects. Josh is the Owner, Senior Editor and Field Producer for In His Service Productions.
		Nicole Pacek is a graduate from The Art Institute of Pittsburgh with a Bachelor of Science in Digital Media Production. Incorporating her strengths in Final Cut Pro and After Affects, Nicole’s design sense plays an important role when creating the details in a project. Nicole is the Assistant Editor and a Videographer for In His Service Productions.
		Bethany Parker is a graduate from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with a degree in Broadcast Journalism. Bethany loves editing, and the possibility for creative storytelling through editing. Her strength is in Final Cut Pro, but she loves to learn new things and is excited to have that opportunity with In His Service Productions. Bethany feels extremely blessed to be able to do what she loves every day and can't wait for the possibility of working with you to capture your memories!
		Cody Costner is a 2008 graduate of Appalachian State University with a degree in Public Relations. She uses her skills in Communications to generate new business through social & electronic media, promote positivity within the community & acts as a liaison for IHSP & its publics. Cody has a background in legal case management & human resources. She is Notary Public certified & serves as Client Relations & Events Coordinator for In His Service Productions.
		Mike is a graduate of The Art Institute of Pittsburgh with a Bachelor of Science in Photography. For four years, as an on-location photographer, he has professional experience involving shooting concerts, commercial and product photography, weddings, as well as high school sports and events for the Morganton News Herald. Mike is our Lead Photographer for product, commercial, and special event photography.
		On the day of your event, you want someone with the experience and knowledge to make your video come to life. Darren Smith brings extensive experience in event videography to each project. Darren has worked with In His Service Productions for the past four years in all aspects of production.
		Talon Wakefield has been with In His Service Productions since November of 2008 primarily as a videographer. Talon met Josh through their local church Hopewell Baptist and has been working with In His Service Productions ever since.
